Hosting
The website, the web app and the app’s servers are hosted in France by:

Notifications are delivered by Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); the apps are distributed by Apple’s App Store and Google Play.
What Oyez publishes, and what organisations publish
The publications, schedules, opening hours and contact details shown in the app are written by the organisations themselves (clubs, associations, shops, venues, networks), under their own responsibility. Oyez hosts them without reviewing them before they are shown, within the meaning of article 6 of the LCEN.
Does some content seem unlawful or abusive to you? Report it from the app (“Report”, under each publication) or write to contact@oyez.info, naming the channel, the content at issue and the reason. The Oyez team reviews every report and promptly removes whatever is manifestly unlawful.
Intellectual property
The Oyez name and logo, the texts, the layout and the illustrations of this site and of the app are protected. Any reproduction without permission is forbidden, beyond the uses allowed by law (short quotation, private use). Organisations’ names, logos and content belong to them.
The places, organisations and people shown in the examples and screenshots are fictitious.
Personal data and cookies
What the app and the site store, why, for how long and how to erase it: see the privacy policy. This site sets no cookie.

Links to other sites (booking pages, organisations’ websites, calendars) are offered for your convenience. Oyez does not control their content and is not responsible for it.
Applicable law
This notice and the use of the site and the app are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
