Clubs, associations, holiday clubs, shops, venues
Post in ten seconds, from the car park.
You have the news: you post it. Your members get it within a minute, without you having their phone number or e-mail.
Getting started
Your channel in two minutes
Who are you?
Club, holiday club, tourist venue, shop, and the name of your channel: “U11 — Wednesday”, “Kids’ gym”, “Boulangerie du Marché”.
Your schedule
Enter your usual sessions, or link the calendar you already keep: Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar.
Your QR code
Print the A4 poster with the week’s schedule and the QR code, or send the link. Your members scan it, and that’s it.
Day to day
Everything you need, nothing more
Cancel a session in one tap
Tap the session, “Cancel”, a reason: subscribers are told, the schedule is up to date.
Nothing to retype
Schedule linked to your calendar: every session moved or cancelled tells your members, grouped in a single message.
News and reminders
Outing, kit, packed lunch, registrations: post it, and pin what should stay at the top.
A4 posters
The schedule of the week you choose, or today’s programme for the front desk, with the QR code.
Screen mode
On the front desk’s TV, one address to open: the programme and your news update themselves.
Tournaments
Matches, pitches, live scores: each parent follows their child’s team and gets its next match.
Several editors
Invite the coaches and activity leaders, each on their own channels. Sign in with a link sent by e-mail: no password.
Shops
Opening hours, exceptional closures and openings; your announcements arrive in your customers’ daily digest. Restaurants: your dishes of the day sent at 11 am, and a “Book” button.
“Confirmed by its members” badge
When your members scan the poster on site, your organisation is confirmed in everyone’s eyes.
Why not a WhatsApp group?
What changes for you and your members
| Group chat | Oyez | |
|---|---|---|
| Data | Every parent’s phone number, visible to all | No personal data: no name, no number, no e-mail |
| Noise | Replies, “thanks”, photos: the important news drowns | Only the organisation’s news, and everyone chooses their notifications |
| Schedule | To be dug out of the history | Always up to date, with changes highlighted, and in families’ calendars |
| Newcomers | Add each new parent by hand | A QR code on the poster: they subscribe on their own |
| End of season | A group that lingers for years | Unsubscribe in one swipe, stays that go to sleep |
Frequently asked questions
You’re probably wondering…
Is it really free?
Yes, for a single organisation: club, association, shop, venue. Unlimited channels and members, A4 poster, calendar linking. Only organisations that oversee several others, and tourism, have a paid offer.
Do parents need to create an account?
No. They install the app (or open the web version) and scan your QR code. No e-mail, no number, no password.
Can I see who subscribed?
You see how many people follow your channel, never who. That’s what lets everyone subscribe without a second thought.
Can members reply?
No: Oyez is made to pass the news on, not to chat. Your contact details (phone, e-mail, address) are shown on your channel for whoever wants to reach you.
Can I post photos?
No, on purpose: image rights, especially children’s, have no place in an information tool. Your logo and pictograms (cancellation, time change, event, weather) are enough.
My schedule is already in Google Calendar.
Link it once (Google, Outlook or the iCal address of any calendar). The app reads it again every quarter of an hour and tells members about the week’s changes.
Ready to keep your members informed?
Two minutes on a phone. Free, unlimited, no ads.
